Component Tracking
A bespoke database is used to record and track key build dimensions and serial numbers of critical components, giving full life traceability. Any issues or quality concerns are also stored in the same database to provide one source for all power unit data.
COMPLETE
POWER UNIT SERVICES
The department is fully equipped to build and strip both ICE and E-machine power units.
Components are inspected using non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques and complex dimensional checks are supported by our Metrology department.
